The candidate currently serves as Chief Investment Officer of Agricultural Investments at PGIM Real Estate, a position she has held since March of 2017. Prior to this she most recently was Senior Vice President and Practice Leader of Alternative Investments Consulting with Callan Associates. In this position the candidate had overall responsibility for real assets consulting services at the company. While her particular focus was on real estate, she also oversaw research and implementation of real estate, timber, infrastructure and agricultural asset classes. The candidate worked directly with boards and/or staff in the development and implementation of client specific strategic and tactical plans, as well as provides ongoing oversight in the control and monitoring of clients’ real estate portfolios. Additionally, she oversaw all investment due diligence for real assets and chairs Callan’s Alternative Investment Committee. Prior to joining Callan in 2000, the candidate was a Principal with The McMahan Group, a San Francisco based-management consulting firm specializing in real estate enterprises. Specifically, she consulted to a number of real estate investment advisors on organizational structure and investment vehicle design. The candidate has worked in the real estate consulting groups of both Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. She is a member of the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) and serves on the Executive Committee of the PREA Board of Directors.
