As Global Group President, Lines of Business and Client Care with CBRE Group Inc. Prior to his current role, the candidate served as Chief Operating Officer from 2012 to 2016, overseeing businesses that generated more than $10 billion of revenue in 2015. He previously served as President, Americas, overseeing a business with more than $3 billion of annual revenue and more than 20,000 employees. The candidate serves on the company’s Global Operating Committee, M&A Committee and Enterprise Risk Committee. Prior to becoming President, Americas, the candidate was President of Institutional & Corporate Services where he was responsible for the company’s Asset Services business in the Americas and Global Corporate Services. Previously, the candidate served as President of Global Services for Trammell Crow Company and was a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and Operating Committee. He joined Trammell Crow Company in 1997 and served in various roles including Chief Operating Officer of Global Services, Regional Director of the Central region of the US and Dallas Market Leader. The candidate has been in the commercial real estate business since 1984 when he joined Lincoln Property Company in Dallas and also served in production, leadership and development roles with Bear Stearns and PREMISYS Real Estate Services, an affiliate of Prudential Life Insurance Company. He received his MBA from Southern Methodist University, and his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas.

(NYSE: CBG) provides property and facilities management, leasing, brokerage, appraisal and valuation, asset management, financing, and market research services from more than 450 offices worldwide, and manages 1.6 billion square feet of commercial space for third-party owners and occupants. CBRE Global Investors manages real estate investments for institutional clients. Revenue: $13.1 billion.
