The candidate has been an Independent Director of Paramount Group, Inc. (NYSE: PGRE) since 2014 and an Independent Director with Interval Leisure Group (NASDAQ: IILG) since 2016. She has been the Managing Partner of Galbreath & Company, a real estate investment firm, since 1999. From April 1997 to 1999, the candidate was Managing Director of LaSalle Partners/Jones Lang LaSalle (NYSE: JLL), a publicly-traded real estate services and investment management firm, where she also served as a Director. From 1984 to 1997, she served as a Managing Director then Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Galbreath Company, the predecessor entity of Galbreath & Company. The candidate was also a member of the Board of Directors of Starwood Hotel & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. (formerly NYSE: HOT), a publicly-traded hotel and leisure company, until the company was sold to Marriott International Inc. (NASDAQ: MAR). The candidate received an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College.

(NYSE: PGRE) is a real estate investment trust focused on owning, operating and managing Class A office properties in central business district submarkets of New York City, Washington, DC and San Francisco. Paramount conducts its business primarily through Paramount Group Operating Partnership LP.
