The candidate is the Senior Vice President of Global Digital Engagement and eCommerce at Hain Celestial Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: HAIN). She joined the company in October 2017. Previously she was Global Vice President of Shopper Marketing, eCommerce and Digital for The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO). She and her team lead the strategic and commercial development of Coca-Cola’s business in the online channel and play a key leadership role in the digital marketing of their brands. Additionally, she is accountable for the development of Coca-Cola’s global capability in marketing to shoppers both on and offline. The candidate has spent most of her career at Coca-Cola in a variety of roles. She started on the bottling side of the business in the US commercializing Coca-Cola’s portfolio of brands and then moved to the company holding several roles of increasing responsibility in both marketing and commercial functions. For the last few years she has been one of the key leaders at Coca-Cola in the development of their digital marketing and ecommerce capabilities. One of the candidate’s major accomplishments was building the first ever and largest US CPG loyalty marketing and CRM program, known as My Coke Rewards. Prior to Coca-Cola, the candidate spent time on the agency side working at J. Walter Thompson. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Dayton and a Master’s degree in Advertising from Michigan State University.

Hain Celestial Group (NYSE: HAIN) manufactures and distributes natural and organic food, snacks, beverages, and personal care and cleaning products in North America, Europe, and India. Its vast pantry of “better-for-you” brands includes Celestial Seasonings (specialty teas), Terra and Garden of Eatin’ (snacks), and Earth’s Best (organic baby food).
