Proud supporter of the Patrizia Foundation's Lake Challenge
Ferguson Partners is proud to support the Patrizia Foundation in its Lake Challenge initiative, a walking challenge to be held September 20 - 21 in northern England's Lake District National Park that will raise money for the PATRIZIA School Buyamba, Uganda. The 47-kilometer hike, to take place over two days on England's highest mountain, will travel from High Pike to Hart Crag while raising money to invest in the school's classrooms, dormitories, rainwater collection system, and other facilities in need of refurbishment.
New Research: Global Real Estate DEI Survey 2021
We are excited to the share the results of our just-released Global Real Estate DE&I Survey, completed in partnership with ANREV, INREV, NAREIM, National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), PENSION REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATION Urban Land Institute.
According to the results of the 2021 DEI Survey that included more than 160 firms and 435,000 global employees, 92% of commercial real estate firms globally have a DEI program or initiatives highlighting a clear mandate and momentum for DEI to be a priority within the industry.
