Richard Federico is a Vice President in the Compensation Consulting group at Ferguson Partners, based in the Charlotte office. Mr. Federico’s responsibilities include evaluating current financial market data, conducting competitive benchmarking analyses, and constructing go forward compensation programs in the public sector; specifically with a strong focus on pay-for-performance.
Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Richard served as a Finance Manager at Honeywell supporting their corporate business analysis and planning team where he managed Honeywell’s executive compensation workstream. In this role, his responsibilities included modeling internal incentive program targets, analyzing company financial performance across various thresholds, and constructing deliverables to present findings to the executive management team. He also was a key contributor to the forecasting and analysis process for the organization while driving continuous digital transformation and automation.
Mr. Federico holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from James Madison University. In his free time, he enjoys being outdoors, watching sports and listening to music.
