Agam Saluja

Agam Saluja is a Senior Associate at Ferguson Partners, based in the firm’s Chicago office. Agam specializes in advising privately held real estate companies on compensation structures and crafting new compensation plans for executive leaders and employees alike.

Agam draws experience from a leading executive compensation consulting firm, where his representative projects included annual and long-term incentive plans, compensation trends, peer review analysis, aggregate equity compensation cost & usage, performance goal tracking, and executive & non-employee director compensation.

Agam earned his Bachelor’s degree of Science in Business Administration from the Washington University in St. Louis, studying Finance and Economics & Strategy. He enjoys all things sports – soccer, tennis, basketball, cricket, and golf – to name a few. You can also find him exploring the food scene in Chicago in his free time.
