Alistair Mitchell

Alistair Mitchell is a Director in the Management Consulting group at Ferguson Partners, based in the firm’s Chicago office. His focus is in Management Consulting, where he leverages the firm’s diverse skillsets to craft and oversee valuable consulting engagements. Alistair partners with clients in the real assets industries to influence strategy, solve enterprise challenges, and guide major transformations.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Alistair gained extensive experience in both the real estate and management consulting industries. He began his career in real estate development before joining the real estate practice of a management consultancy, where he gained valuable experience in strategy development & execution, organizational effectiveness, and process improvement.

Alistair holds a bachelor’s degree from The University of Colorado in Civil Engineering. He’s an expert skier, a mediocre marathon runner, and enjoys exploring the world with his wife and two children.
