Asha Rai

Asha Rai is a Senior Project Manager in Ferguson Partners’ New York office. She is a member of the firm’s Executive/Board Search team and responsible for leading the coordination of search engagements, supporting project execution, and client/candidate management across all projects, timelines, and deliverables.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Asha worked as an executive assistant at Bessemer Trust where she provided executive-level administrative support to the business development team. Previously, Asha worked at Tata Consultancy Services, India’s largest multinational business group. She began her career at C2Media as an assistant recruiter.

Asha holds a Bachelor’s degree from Baruch College in Human Resource Management. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering at North Shore Animal League America and spending time with her daughter.
