Catelin Hotz

Catelin Hotz is an Associate in the Public Compensation Consulting group at Ferguson Partners, based in the firm’s Chicago office. She conducts compensation benchmarking and analyzes data to help design incentive programs for clients in the public real estate industry.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Catelin served as a Consumer and Wealth Management Compliance Associate at Goldman Sachs. She also worked as a Risk and Compliance Consultant at Protiviti earlier in her career.

Catelin attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana where she received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business. In her free time, she enjoys workout classes, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
