Courtney Calinog

Courtney Calinog is a Senior Director in Ferguson Partners’ Leadership Consulting Practice, bringing over 20 years of expertise in executive search and leadership consulting. At Ferguson, Courtney focuses on delivering, evolving and developing leadership consulting solutions, driving growth, innovation, and efficiency in service delivery.​

Before joining Ferguson, Courtney co-founded WAIV Talent, a pioneering recruiting platform that connects companies with talent by leveraging unique data points to create the best matches. Courtney also spent 15 years at Spencer Stuart, where she designed and launched a multi-year transformation program to enhance the rigor and relevance of the firm’s assessment process. During her tenure, Courtney also served as the right hand of the global industrial practice leader focused on practice development. ​

Courtney holds a Bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a Master’s degree in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University. She is passionate about using assessment to unlock the potential of individuals, teams, and organizations.
