Danielle Slazas

Danielle Slazas is an Analyst in Executive/Board Search Practice at Ferguson Partners and is based in the New York office. Danielle is responsible for assisting the search team on client assignments.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Danielle interned in Human Resources and Legal and Compliance at William Blair and worked in Talent Management at Guggenheim Partners. During her internships, she developed a strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. As a new member of Ferguson Partners, Danielle is most excited to learn how to identify top talent candidates and maintain strong relationships with sources. She is also very proud to join Ferguson Partners because of the company’s commitment to diverse representation in the workplace and in the real estate and real asset industry.

Danielle earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology at Wesleyan University. She is interested in understanding what motivates people and how patterns of behavior translate in the workplace. In her free time, Danielle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring new restaurants, and staying active.
