Emily Brown is an Associate in the Compensation Consulting group at Ferguson Partners, based in the firm’s Chicago office. Her primary focus is on helping privately-owned real estate companies assess their existing compensation structures.
Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Ms. Brown was an associate at a leading executive compensation consulting firm where her work included constructing peer groups, conducting pay benchmarking analyses, assessing short and long-term incentive design, analyzing Board of Director compensation, and calculating share dilution from equity awards.
Ms. Brown earned her Bachelor’s degree from New York University, studying business (statistics concentration, with honors) and classics. In her free time, Ms. Brown enjoys exploring the local forest preserves, reading books, and searching for Chicago’s best bagel.
