Esther Arias Garza

Esther Arias Garza is an Analyst at Ferguson Partners’ Executive/Board Search Practice and is based in the company’s headquarters in Chicago. Esther is currently working with the research team as part of her first rotation in the analyst program.

Esther holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago. Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, she gained experience in Leadership Development at Highmark Health, a healthcare company located in Pittsburgh. During her tenure there, she focused on enhancing the engagement of the Executive Coaching services provided by the Leadership Development team. Esther is enthusiastic about launching her career and gaining insights into the various lines of services within Ferguson Partners.

Outside of her professional life, Esther enjoys hiking, tending to her plants, reading, and spending quality time with her family, dogs, and friends. Esther is also a travel enthusiast, always on the lookout for new places to explore and new coffee shops to try.
