Esther Sosa

Esther Sosa is an Analyst in Executive/Board Search Practice and is based in Ferguson Partners’ Chicago office. Esther is most excited to holistically learn the industry from a dedicated team of professionals and leaders in the space, as well as have the opportunity in the future to help implement the firm’s analyst program across the firm.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Esther worked for Grant Thornton LLP as a service line rotating intern. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy from the School of Environmental Sustainability Loyola University, as well as an Associate’s degree in Business Administration.

In her free time, Esther enjoys expanding her knowledge through reading, practicing the martial art of Aikido and traveling. She does not shy away from new experiences and hopes to lead a life of introspection, selflessness, and joy.
