Gemma Adams

Gemma Adams is a Director at Ferguson Partners based in Sydney.  With over 20 years’ experience in human resources and talent roles primarily within the real estate and financial services sectors, she has significant experience recruiting mid- to senior level roles across property development, asset management, funds & investment management and finance.

Most recently, Gemma was Group Talent Manager at Investa Property Group, a leading integrated real estate platform part owned by Oxford Properties, and previously served as Group Recruitment Manager at GPT Group.

With a passion for diversity, equity & inclusion (DE&I), Gemma has been an advocate for women in property through Property Council of Australia (PCA) and Property Male Champions of Change (PMCC) initiatives and is also an ally for the LGBTQ+ community.

Gemma holds a Graduate Certificate of Management from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations) at Western Sydney University.
