Grace Linhares

Grace is a Research Manager in Ferguson Partners’ Chicago office. Grace supports the firm’s Executive/Board Search practice, working closely with the firm’s search team.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Grace worked as a development intern for the Environmental and Energy Study Institute, an environmental sustainability non-profit. During her time there, she developed her critical research skills and fostered an interest in human resources and consulting. She is excited to begin her career in search and recruitment at Ferguson Partners.

Grace recently earned her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Urban Studies from the University of Chicago. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and tending to her collection of plants.
