Ieva Sten-Gilady

Ieva Sten-Gilady is an Associate on the Compensation team based in the firm’s New York Office. Ieva’s primary focus is assisting on both private and public real estate projects, concerning strategic and compensation-related matters including benchmarking, and data-driven analyses, research of various compensation elements including short-term and long-term incentive plans, financial modeling, employment and severance agreement reviews.

Prior to joining FPC, Ieva was a consultant at Ernst & Young where she worked on various governmental projects, including enabling seamless electronic commerce and customs between the European Union, its Member states and Eastern Partner countries. Ieva also worked at various international organizations including the United Nations and UNESCO, where she concentrated on advancing and strengthening priorities of the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry.

Ieva holds a Bachelor Degree in Political Sciences and a Master Degree in International Security from Sciences Po University in Paris, France.
