Iyin Battle

Iyin Battle is a Senior Associate in the Public Compensation Consulting group at Ferguson Partners, based in the firm’s Charlotte office. Mr. Battle’s responsibilities include evaluating pay-for-performance, compensation planning, and incentive plan design for clients in the public real estate industry.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Iyin served as an associate at Pearl Meyer, providing executive compensation support for both private and publicly traded organizations in North America.

Mr. Battle holds a Bachelor’s degree from Duke University with a specialization in Political Economy. In his free time, Iyin enjoys playing golf, spending time at the beach, and supporting Duke athletics.
