JD Baptiste

JD Baptiste is a Vice President of Executive Search based in Ferguson Partners’ New York office, specializing in sourcing for real estate assignments throughout North America and globally.

Before joining Ferguson Partners, JD was an executive recruiter for a boutique alternative assets search firm where he focused on a wide array of real estate private equity and structured credit searches throughout North America, and a consultant for a global financial services recruitment firm where he focused on placing credit risk management professionals across the counterparty, commercial, retail and quantitative analytics disciplines for banks and other sell-side financial institutions.

JD received his bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College where he studied economics with a minor in French, was a member of the men’s varsity track & field team, and the president of the Franklin & Marshall Investment Group. While not working on searches, JD enjoys traveling, working out, listening to music, playing basketball, and spending time with friends and family.
