JT Sparks

JT Sparks is a Senior Analyst at Ferguson Partners, based in the firm’s Charlotte office. JT is primarily focused on client benchmarking, evaluating pay-for-performance alignment, and client peer group development for publicly traded real estate companies.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, JT honed his analytical skills at Bank of America where he supported a variety of client relationships within the Global Corporate Investment Banking, Consumer & Retail group.

JT holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Business Analytics from the University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business & Economics. A proud Kentuckian, he enjoys spending his free time pursuing the state’s finest traditions — bourbon, basketball, and horse racing.
