Julia Ares

Julia is a Senior Associate in Ferguson Partners’ Leadership Consulting Practice and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. She supports the team through her expertise in training and development, facilitation, and instructional design.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Julia worked for the athletics department at Loyola University Chicago, where she served as an assistant academic advisor and mentor to academically at-risk athletes.

Julia graduated from Indiana University Bloomington with a bachelor’s degree in finance. She also holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in human resources from Loyola University Chicago.

In her free time, Julia enjoys trying out local restaurants with her friends, training contortion and flexibility, and spending time with her cat.
