Justine Sitton

Justine is a Research Associate at Ferguson Partners based in the company’s headquarters in Chicago. She supports the firm’s Executive/Board Search practice, working closely with the firm’s search team.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Justine gained experience in researching and indexing information at BMO. As a Cataloging Archivist, she was responsible for organizing and preserving their historical collection as well as assisting with internal and external research requests. Prior to that, she worked as a Research Assistant for a foodservice consulting firm.

Justine earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Chapman University and a master’s degree in information science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In her free time, she enjoys reading, crafting, going to the movie theater, and taking long walks by Lake Michigan.
