Kristina Woods

Kristina “Krissi” Woods is an Executive Assistant in Ferguson Partners’ Chicago office and supports the Compensation Consulting and Management Consulting teams. Her detail orientation and established organizational skills are integral to supporting the team’s commitment to clients.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Illinois University, Krissi began her career as an executive assistant shortly thereafter, later joining Ferguson Partners in 2003. Prior, she worked for a high-volume sales organization.

In her spare time, Krissi manages and sings lead in a local country cover band and enjoys reading, running, eating, traveling, live theatre and spending time at home with her husband, Darryn, and two dogs, Bitsy and Jovie.
