Ksenia Anikina

Ksenia runs the advisory practice that delivers value by designing forward thinking talent and people strategies and cultures of intentional leadership, high engagement, and performance. As Talent Operating Partner, Ksenia focuses on building strong cultures, adaptive and high performing teams that enable growth and value.

Coaching has been one of Ksenia’s long-standing specialisms, with a particular interest in leadership and role transitions, improving work relationships, communication in business, and supporting leaders through periods of change and increased responsibility.

Ksenia has over 20 years of experience in Talent and Human Resources in various industries, including Energy, Technology and Investing. She served as Global Head of Human Resources at Varde Partners, a rapidly growing investment management firm to promote connectivity, cohesion and enterprise value. She has expertise in evaluating and coaching management of portfolio companies, working with the portfolio boards and CEO’s to design successful talent strategies for value creation. She is praised for her in-depth understanding of the business and delivering pragmatic, commercial solutions.

Alongside her commercial work, Ksenia runs a charitable stream of coaching and mentoring activities, supporting young professionals, entrepreneurs and small business owners. An occasional angel investor, she also brings her experience in leadership assessment and commercial judgement to early-stage businesses.

Ksenia lives in London with her family and has a background in philology and psychology. She holds a CIPD qualification, Organisational Design qualification, practises NVC (Nonviolent Communication), and is a qualified Hogan and MBTI Level II facilitator.
