Kyle Wood

Kyle Wood is a Senior Associate at Ferguson Partners, based in the firm’s Chicago office. Kyle specializes in advising privately held real estate companies on compensation structures and crafting new compensation plans for executive leaders and employees alike.

Kyle’s expertise is rooted in his background in hedge fund services and investor relations. As a former Business Development & Investor Relations Analyst at Elementum Advisors LLC, Kyle supported all functions of the Business Development Team to serve a global investor base in the ILS space. Kyle also previously worked as a Senior Analyst at Northern Trust Corporation, where he conducted quarterly regulatory filings for Bridgewater Associates, LP.

Kyle earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio. He enjoys attending Cubs games in his spare time and cruising Chicago’s lakefront with his wife, Grace, and their dog, Louie.
