Lindsey Daly

Lindsey is the Human Resources and Operations Manager in Ferguson Partners’ Chicago office, where she plays a key role in supporting the firm’s HR and Operations initiatives. In her current role, Lindsey assists with employee benefits, office operations, new employee onboarding, and event planning.

An energetic team player who enjoys making connections, Lindsey previously worked as a Project Coordinator at the Executive Leadership Council, where she created and maintained the search intake process and oversaw search development. She also held roles at Heidrick & Struggles as an Executive Assistant and Campus Recruiting Coordinator.

Lindsey earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications from The University of Kansas and played collegiate soccer at Towson University in Maryland. Outside of work, she enjoys music, art, sports, dining out, and spending time with family and friends.
