Max Plotnick

Max is a Senior Analyst at Ferguson Partners, based in the firm’s Chicago office. He supports the compensation consulting practice across the public real estate sector. Max has a background in traditional asset allocation, quantitative derivative analysis, real estate, and financial technology.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Max was a member of a leading derivatives trading desk at BlackRock, Inc. where he was responsible for advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutions on complex option hedging strategies.

Max graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University. Outside of the office he enjoys traveling, anything on the water, golfing with friends and spending time with his dog, Rocky.
