Meghan O’Donnell

Meghan is a Vice President at Ferguson Partners, based in the firm’s New York office. She leads execution efforts for the firm’s real estate executive search assignments across the U.S. on behalf of real estate owners, operators, developers, and investment managers. Meghan specializes in investment, asset management, property management and operations roles across various sectors including multifamily, hospitality, and digital infrastructure.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Meghan was a member of Rhodes Associates’ Real Estate Executive Search practice. Before discovering her passion for Real Estate Executive Search, Meghan spent the earlier years of her career in the hospitality industry.

Meghan graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and a minor in Business Management & Economics from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. When she’s not working, Meghan enjoys attending fitness classes and spending time with her husband and cute pup, Nellie.
