Meghan O’Donnell

Meghan is a Vice President at Ferguson Partners, based in the firm’s New York office.  Meghan supports the firm’s Executive/Board Search team.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Meghan spent more than three years at Rhodes Associates, a boutique executive search and consulting firm focused exclusively on the commercial real estate industry. She assisted her team with sourcing and screening candidates, research, and search coordination. Meghan began her career in the hospitality industry as an event sales manager, where she was responsible for coordinating weddings, corporate functions, and other social events.

Meghan graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management and a minor in Business Management & Economics from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania. She currently serves as a volunteer for Party with Purpose, a not-for-profit organization focused on producing fundraising events to support local charities in her neighborhood. Away from work, Meghan enjoys attending fitness classes, traveling, and exploring new restaurants.
