Michele Goldstein is a Director based in Ferguson Partners’ Chicago office, specializing in Board and CEO succession-related client assignments. Her expertise encompasses candidate sourcing, development, and evaluation, along with client engagement and project execution.

With over 25 years in talent acquisition, Michele brings significant experience in recruiting top talent across diverse industries, including Financial Services, Healthcare, Real Estate, and Technology. She is deeply passionate about cultivating and sustaining strong relationships and consistently delivering high-quality results in an ever-evolving market.

Prior to her current role, Michele served as the Director of Recruiting for Sagence, Inc., a data-focused consulting firm dedicated to helping clients optimize the value of their data assets.

Michele holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Science from the University of Wisconsin. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the beaches of Lake Michigan, cooking, and taking walks with her dog, Zoey.
