Michelle Markowski

Michelle serves as Vice President at Ferguson Partners, based in the Chicago office. Her primary role involves spearheading executive and board-level recruitment within the real estate investment sector. Before joining Ferguson Partners, Michelle spent two and a half years at a private equity firm in Chicago, where she directed talent acquisition endeavors for the firm’s portfolio entities. Michelle’s earlier professional tenure includes three years as an Executive Recruiter at Lasalle Network, where she managed end-to-end recruitment processes for clients seeking executive-level talent.

Michelle has a strong record of recruiting prominent C-suite executives within the broader Accounting and Finance sector, spanning industries such as financial services, consumer goods, healthcare technology, and manufacturing.

Michelle earned her bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, attending fitness classes and spending time with her husband and toy goldendoodle Lulu.
