Michelle Yelaska

Michelle Yelaska is a Senior Associate on the Management Consulting team at Ferguson Partners and is based in the Chicago office. Merging qualitative and quantitative data, Michelle has experience relating to a wide range of real estate investment operations. For both public and private firms, Michelle is experienced in organizational and financial benchmarking, governance and best practices, fair compensation, and succession planning.

Before joining Ferguson Partners, Michelle worked in the operations department at IRI, a CPG data company. Responsible for project managing the evaluation, creation, and maintenance of CRMAs (Competitive Retail Marketing Areas) and custom regions, she utilized statistics-based methodologies and tools to leverage industry data. Previously, Michelle also served as a high school math teacher, primarily teaching algebra and honors geometry.

Michelle earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics Education with a minor in Psychology from Boston University. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys exploring new restaurants around the city with her domestic partner, competing in fantasy sports, and relaxing with her pet rabbit, Christopher Robun.
