Mike Simonet

Mike Simonet serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Ferguson Partners and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. Mike oversees all aspects of Ferguson Partner’s legals needs, including contracting for client engagements, compliance with applicable laws, employment matters, corporate entity maintenance, and a variety of other legal affairs.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Mike spent a combined five years providing legal counsel in the professional services industry, first at Spencer Stuart, and then at ZS Associates, Inc., most recently, Mike was Senior Corporate Counsel at Loadsmart, Inc., a technology start-up focused on the logistics and supply chain sector.

Mike received his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling to new places, running the lakefront trail in Chicago, and trying new restaurants.
