Nicole Dupras

Nicole Dupras serves as the Head of Knowledge Management, North America, based in the firm’s New York office. In her role at Ferguson Partners, Nicole is responsible for knowledge management for the North American executive search practice and joins the firm with a comprehensive background in information and knowledge management, in-house research services management, and research services consulting.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Nicole served as the Director of Knowledge Management at David Barrett Partners, an international retained executive search focusing exclusively on buy-side placements, where she managed the firm’s research and knowledge management function and helped with search execution, marketing and business development efforts, and data analytics. Nicole’s previous appointments have been with spend management consultant Chase Cost Management’s legal research division, where she was responsible for helping large law firms review and optimize their legal information resource spend through data analysis and strategy development, and with financial communications advisory firm Brunswick Group, where she was a member of the firm’s Analysis and Research Center.

Nicole holds a BFA from Syracuse University and an MLIS from St. John’s University. In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time at her house on the Jersey Shore, running, cooking, and reading novels for her next book club.
