Paul Dunlevy

Paul Dunlevy is Director based in Ferguson Partner’s New York Office. Dedicating his career to search and consulting since 2012, Paul’s experience covers all the major disciplines of real estate. At Ferguson Partners, Paul leads and assists C-suite, managing director, principal and senior vice president level searches across all strategies, asset classes, and geographies. Prior to becoming an executive search professional, Paul worked in financial operations at both Dow Jones and BNY Mellon.

In his free time, Paul volunteers as a mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, offers his time to a not-for-profit focused on assisting young adults aging out of the foster care system, and enjoys participating in recreational sporting leagues. Additionally, Paul continues to broaden his professional knowledge and capabilities by taking real estate courses at NYU’s School of Professional Studies and he aspires to one day earn a graduate certificate in Management Consulting. Paul earned a bachelor’s degree in business at Rider University.
