Paul Monaghan is a Senior Analyst in Ferguson Partners’ Compensation Consulting group and is based in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Monaghan assists in developing compensation plans for corporate executives and Boards of Directors at both public and private companies. He supports his team in various aspects of executive/Director compensation by performing competitive benchmarking assessments, short- and long-term incentive plan designs, corporate governance reviews, and compensation planning for IPOs, spin-offs, and mergers & acquisitions.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Monaghan served as a Consultant on FTI Consulting’s Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance Solutions team, where he assisted both public and private companies on a wide array of compensation and governance matters. Before this, Mr. Monaghan worked as an Analyst at Bank of America on the Wholesale Loss Forecasting team to ensure regulatory compliance with the Federal Reserve’s CCAR stress test.
Mr. Monaghan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Cornell University. In his free time, Mr. Monaghan enjoys following politics, camping and spending time with friends and family.
