Rina Patel

Rina is an Associate in Ferguson Partners’ Compensation Consulting group and is based in the firm’s Chicago office. She supports the team in developing various benchmarking analyses.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Rina served as a Senior Consultant at CVS Health. Her responsibilities included managing multiple RFPs and coordinating internal team dynamics to determine strategies and timelines for each project.

Rina received her Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and hiking.
