Samuel is an Associate in Ferguson Partners’ Leadership Consulting Practice, based in the firm’s Chicago office. Joining the Ferguson Partners team in 2020, Sam brings a depth of knowledge and experience in analytics, assessment strategies, and a robust understanding of organizational issues such as culture, design, and development. Sam oversees the team’s Organizational and Individual Survey function and is responsible for designing and deploying surveys as well as data analysis, synthesis, and reporting.
In addition, he works regularly with executive teams and Boards, advising in areas such as stakeholder feedback collection and analysis, leadership assessment, team and culture effectiveness, and diversity, equity and inclusion. Sam is currently developing a high-potential model that will aid clients in identifying their future business leaders. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies, family businesses and in industries such as retail, real estate, financial services, private equity, healthcare, and technology.
Sam earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hope College and his Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
