Sana Matsuo

Sana Matsuo is a Senior Associate Executive Search in Ferguson Partners Tokyo office. Her focus is on leading research, sourcing and engagement for successful execution in real estate assignments throughout Japan and Asia.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Sana worked in recruitment firm focusing on real estate placement for over 3 years. During the period, she established successful track record in placing roles related to real estate investments, from Fundraising & Client Relations, Acquisition, Funds and Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Fund Finance, Investment Research & Strategy, Administration to Legal and Compliance.

Sana holds a Bachelor’s degree from Aoyama Gakuin University with English Literature. When she’s not working on searches, Sana enjoys spending time traveling, reading and going to hot springs.
