Sara Dolins

Sara Dolins is an Analyst for Ferguson Partners’ Executive/Board Search Practice and is based in the Chicago office. Sara is responsible for assisting the search team on client assignments. As a new member of Ferguson Partners, Sara is excited to learn and acclimate to the recruiting industry.

Sara studied at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, specializing in Interpersonal and Organizational Communications. Sara has a strong theatre background and is a professional choreographer. She is excited to apply her creative spirit to a business setting.

Sara’s interests include musical theatre, finding good restaurants and traveling. In her free time, Sara loves to sing, dance, and spend time with her friends and family.
