Sarah Lucenti

Sarah is a Vice President at Ferguson Partners, based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. In her role, Sarah focuses on the execution efforts for the firm’s real estate executive search assignments. While Sarah covers the entire U.S., she plays a key role in supporting the firm’s efforts to expand on the West Coast. Sarah specializes in C-Suite and senior leadership searches across functions including investment, development, capital markets, asset management and operations.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Sarah served as a Research Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates where she led research for the Real Estate Team. In this role Sarah developed tailored search strategies, conducted market outreach and managed project timelines and client/candidate care to deliver high-quality results. Earlier in her career Sarah spent time at Cushman & Wakefield on a Global Capital Markets Team where she found her passion for the real estate industry.

Sarah graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies and Sociology from Brown University, where she also was a member of the women’s varsity volleyball team. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling, and teaching and taking fitness classes.
