Sarah Wexler

Sarah Wexler is a Vice President at Ferguson Partners, based in the Toronto office. Sarah supports the firm’s executive and Board recruitment, focusing on sourcing and executing across the commercial real estate industry within North America. Sarah is a creative and innovative problem solver who brings a customer serviced oriented and consultative approach to her work, building strong relationships and ensuring the best fit for our clients’ needs.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Sarah worked as a Senior Consultant at Farber Group in the executive search practice. Sarah executed searches in the financial services, real estate, not-for-profit, and healthcare sectors at the mid-to-executive levels. Prior to her career in executive search, Sarah worked in HR services in the not-for-profit and information technology sectors, while also working in her spare time as a research consultant on projects spanning topics from Canadian banking to Toronto politics.

Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Western Ontario and York University in Classical Studies. In her downtime, Sarah enjoys reading, cooking, completing the Cryptic Crossword, and watching Formula 1 racing.
