Sonya Nicks

Sonya Nicks is an Executive Assistant and Survey Coordinator for the firm’s Survey Practice, based in the Chicago office. Ms. Nicks has been with the firm for 17 years and serves as the main liaison across all of Ferguson Partners’ surveys.

During her time at the firm, Ms. Nicks has coordinated over 300 surveys that address a variety of topics across human capital including compensation, recruitment, organizational structure, amongst other key areas. Through Ms. Nick’s strong work, Ferguson Partners has achieved consistent record-breaking participation rates resulting in the most robust data sets for the industry. In addition, Ms. Nicks, over the years, formerly served as Chicago office manager.

Ms. Nicks holds a degree in Business Administration, and when she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family.
