Suzuka Matsuda

Suzuka Matsuda is a Senior Associate in Ferguson Partners Tokyo office where she leads the research process and supports the team on assignment execution. Her role includes market research, candidate mapping, and documentation and presentation management.

Before joining Ferguson Partners, she worked for Mizuho Bank in corporate sales and the bank loan business as a customer service officer.

Suzuka graduated from Showa Women’s University with Bachelor’s degree in English Communication. She also holds a Diploma of Tourism from Brisbane North Institute of TAFE in Australia. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and cooking.
