Veronica Pastor

Veronica Pastor is a Managing Director in the Executive Search Practice of Ferguson Partners and works across North America.  She has been leading executive-level searches in the areas of real estate, seniors living, hospitality and restaurants, and infrastructure since 2004. She has worked on behalf of integrated real estate firms, investment managers, private equity firms, private owners/developers, merchant developers, REITS, pension funds, advisory firms and the public sector. Mandates have included C-Suite and executive-level appointments across investments, development, finance and operations. Veronica also leads Ferguson Partners’ Global Health Care Practice and is a member of the Global Hospitality Practice with a focus on restaurants.

Veronica holds an International MBA degree from the Schulich School of Business, as well as an Honors Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.  In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor sports, international travel and leisure activities with close friends and family.
