Allison Reid

Allison Reid is a Managing Director and Global Head of Hospitality & Leisure at Ferguson Partners, based in the firm’s New York office. In this role, Allison conducts Board and C-suite executive search assignments across the hospitality, gaming, cruise line, and broader leisure sectors, including restaurant and experiential businesses. She also collaborates across the firm to support and execute consulting and advisory mandates where deep industry expertise and relationships are critical.

Allison has held senior leadership roles at several of the industry’s most influential organizations, including Aimbridge Hospitality, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. She has led global development and acquisition strategies, overseen multi-billion-dollar real estate portfolios, and played a key role in launching and scaling some of the industry’s most successful brands, including W Hotels, Aloft, Element, and Tribute Portfolio.

Her career spans operations, finance, development, and asset management, with responsibility for P&L performance, portfolio strategy, and organizational transformation. Known for her strategic perspective and ability to build and lead strong teams, Allison has consistently delivered growth while positioning organizations for long-term success in a rapidly evolving global hospitality landscape.

Allison holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Hotel Management from Bryant University.
