Allison Reid

Allison Reid is a Managing Director and Global Head of Hospitality & Leisure at Ferguson Partners, based in the firm’s New York office. In this role, Allison conducts Board and C-suite executive search assignments across the hospitality, gaming, cruise line, and broader leisure sectors, including restaurant and experiential businesses. She also collaborates across the firm to support and execute consulting and advisory mandates where deep industry expertise and relationships are critical.

Allison is a seasoned hospitality executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience driving global growth, development, real estate strategy, and financial performance. Most recently, she served as Chief Global Growth Officer at Aimbridge Hospitality, the world’s largest third-party hotel management company. Prior to Aimbridge, Allison worked in senior roles at Kimpton Hotels, ultimately acquired by IHG, and at Starwood Hotels, purchased by Marriott.

Allison brings deep expertise in the hospitality and leisure industry, a strong client-first mindset, and a passion for building enduring relationships. She is known for her collaborative approach, commercial insight, and ability to align talent strategies with business objectives.
