Chloe Mutchler

Chloe is a Vice President at Ferguson Partners, based in the Chicago office, where she focuses on executive and board-level search in real estate. Chloe is known for her consultative, detail-oriented, and thoughtful approach, which has consistently led to exceptional matches between clients and their ideal candidates.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners in 2024, Chloe spent several years in private equity, most recently with Waud Capital Partners, where she executed executive searches for private equity portfolio companies. Before that, she served as an industry generalist at LHH, a contingent search firm.

Chloe graduated from Purdue University and lives in Brookfield, Illinois. Outside of work, you can find her reading a good book, traveling, working on crafts, and trying new restaurants in Chicago.
