Graham R. Beatty

Graham R. Beatty serves as President of Ferguson Partners, based in the firm’s New York office. In this role, he leads the growth of the firm’s global search business, helping drive the success of the North American platform, as well as supporting the international business. In addition, he is  a member of the firm’s Board, advising on strategic and operational activities of the organization to support enterprise growth and performance. In his role, he is actively involved in business development and assignment execution on behalf of the firm’s clients.

Mr. Beatty has over 25 years of talent advisory experience that he leverages to identify leadership solutions for his clients. His expertise includes Board and C-suite executive search and advisory mandates (CEO, CFO, COO, and CHRO) for platforms across the real estate asset class. With depth of experience in succession planning across functions, and team building for clients, Mr. Beatty partners with his colleagues across the Ferguson Partners advisory service lines.

Prior to joining Ferguson Partners, Mr. Beatty served as the Real Estate Sector Leader for another leading global executive search firm.  He began his career in the financial services sector on the emerging markets fixed income desk at UBS. Mr. Beatty holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
